Return Policy

Defective Products

Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to return or exchange items you purchase. All defective products can be returned for a full refund or replacement. We will cover the return shipping fees and any additional costs incurred.

 

Non-defective Products

If a product is non-defective but is different from what you expect, you can also return it. However, in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.

 

Return Costs

Factory Price Jewelry covers all the costs associated with returning defective products including shipping cost and handling cost. There is no additional cost incurred for customers for defective products. Customers are responsible to cover the shipping costs associated with non-defecive products.

 

Return Process

  1. Take photos of the product you want to return, describe the problem, and send it to helpdesk@factorypricejewelry.com. Use “Return request: Order number + Product’s item number” as your email subject line.
  2. Our customer support will respond to you within 24 hours.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will reimburse the full amount directly as store credit or through the original payment method. You should be able to receive the reimbursement within 3 calendar days once your return request is approved. 
  4. We will provide you with a detailed return address once your return request is approved. Please use local mail post to arrange the return and email us back the tracking number.

Please note that returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
