How does the volume discount work?

We reward larger orders! Volume discounts apply to all products on our website, including promotional items. Below is how it works. We'll automatically apply the discount to your order at checkout. (Please note that the 15% New User Discount and Volume Discount cannot be combined.) 

Is it possible to cancel my order after placing it?

🔴 < 2 hours after order placement: Free cancellation.

🔴 2–6 hours after order placement: 30% handling fee deducted; 70% refunded.

🔴 6–12 hours after order placement: 80% handling fee deducted; 20% refunded.

🔴 12+ hours after order placement: No cancellations accepted.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $150. The more you buy, the lower the shipping cost per item.  We by default use Standard Shipping for free shipping orders. Please note that, small items (i.e jewelry, jewelry-making supplies etc.) will ship by Air, while large items (i.e bags, jewelry boxes etc.) will ship by Ocean. 

For orders under $150, shipping costs vary by three key factors: shipping option (Standard Shipping or Express Shipping, Air or Ocean), destination country, and package weight. We calculate shipping costs for you at checkout before you proceed to pay. Luckily, Factory Price Jewelry gets favorable discounts from shipping vendors given our massive volume, which helps our customers save money.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Your order will be processed, assembled, and shipped within 2-4 work days after receiving payment. Once the order is dispatched, the shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose and the shipping destination. We will show you the estimated transit time at checkout before you proceed to pay.

Can I choose other shipping agents?

Yes, we can transfer your order to your preferred shipping vendor. If you have one, send their details to helpdesk@factorypricejewelry.com or message our customer support online. We will take care of the rest of the logistics for you.

What is your refund policy for delayed packages?

Defective Products

Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to return or exchange defective items.  

Non-defective Products

If a product is non-defective but is different from what you expect, you can also return it. However, in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.

Return Costs

Factory Price Jewelry covers all the costs associated with returning defective products including shipping cost and handling cost. There is no additional cost incurred for customers for defective products. Customers are responsible to cover the shipping costs associated with non-defecive products.

Return Process

✨ Take photos of the product you want to return, describe the problem, and send it to helpdesk@factorypricejewelry.com. Use “Return request: Order number + Product’s item number” as your email subject line.

✨ Our customer support team will assess the product's condition and respond to you within 24 hours.

✨ We'll reimburse you with either store credit or a refund through your original payment method. Store credit can be used immediately on our website. For refunds, the amount will appear in your original payment account within 3–5 business days.

✨ We will provide you with a detailed return address once your return request is approved. Please use local mail post to arrange the return and email us back the tracking number.

🛑 Please note that all returned items (defective or non-defective) must be in unused condition with their original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. In such cases, we will not process a refund.

We deliver most orders with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, which means we handle shipping and customs clearance. This includes covering international shipping, customs clearance fees, taxes, and any import duties. For non-DDP packages, customers are responsible for customs and duties.

Since customs legislation varies country by country, we are not able to calculate for you in advance. We suggest you find out customs duties and exemptions before placing orders. Fortunately, in most countries, goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, are exempt from clearance charges and import taxes. Goods exceeding a certain value and/or in non-exemptible categories are likely subject to import taxes and duties.
