Do you have any discount for first time users?

Yes! We offer 15% off for your first THREE orders. The money you can save is unlimited – the more you order, the more you save. What is your minimum order quantity?

We have NO minimum order amount. Order as much or as little as you like!

 

How does the volume discount work?

We reward larger orders! Volume discounts apply to all products on our website, including promotional items. Below is how it works. We'll automatically apply the discount to your order at checkout. (Please note that the 15% New User Discount and Volume Discount cannot be combined.)

Is it possible to cancel my order after placing it?

🔴 < 2 hours after order placement: Free cancellation.

🔴 2–6 hours after order placement: 30% handling fee deducted; 70% refunded.

🔴 6–12 hours after order placement: 80% handling fee deducted; 20% refunded.

🔴 12+ hours after order placement: No cancellations accepted.

For all cancellation requests, please email helpdesk@factorypricejewelry.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" Our team will process your request according to the policy outlined above.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $150. The more you buy, the lower the shipping cost per item.

 

For orders under $150, shipping costs vary by three key factors: shipping option (Standard Shipping or Express Shipping), destination country, and package weight. We calculate shipping costs for you at checkout before you proceed to pay. Luckily, Factory Price Jewelry gets favorable discounts from shipping vendors given our massive volume, which helps our customers save money.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.

 

Your order will be processed, assembled, and shipped within 2-4 days after receiving payment. Once the order is dispatched, the shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose and the shipping destination. We will show you the estimated transit time at checkout before you proceed to pay.

Can I choose other shipping agents?

Yes, we can transfer your order to your preferred shipping vendor. If you have one, send their details to helpdesk@factorypricejewelry.com or message our customer support online. We will take care of the rest of the logistics for you.

What is your refund policy for delayed packages?

For packages not received within 30 days of order placement, we offer a 50% refund of your order amount. For packages not received within 45 days of order placement, we offer either a replacement package or a full refund—your choice.
