Is it possible to cancel or adjust my order after placing it?

Our team starts working on assembling and inspecting products for you as soon as your order is paid, so unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders once placed. Shipping is free for orders over $150. The more you buy, the lower the shipping cost per item.

Luckily, Factory Price Jewelry gets favorable discounts from shipping vendors given our massive volume, which helps our customers save money.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Your order will be processed, assembled, and shipped within 2-4 days after receiving payment. Once the order is dispatched, the shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose and the shipping destination. We will show you the estimated transit time at checkout before you proceed to pay.

Can I choose other shipping agents?

Yes, we can transfer your order to your preferred shipping vendor. If you have one, send their details to helpdesk@factorypricejewelry.com or message our customer support online. We will take care of the rest of the logistics for you.

How can I return or exchange my order?

Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to return or exchange items you purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will reimburse the full amount directly as store credit or through the original payment method.

Defective Products

Non-defective Products

If a product is non-defective but is different from what you expect, you can also return it. However, in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.

Return Costs

Factory Price Jewelry covers all the costs associated with returning defective products including shipping cost and handling cost. There is no additional cost incurred for customers for defective products. Customers are responsible to cover the shipping costs associated with non-defecive products.

1. Take photos of the product you want to return, describe the problem, and send it to helpdesk@factorypricejewelry.com. Use “Return request: Order number + Product’s item number” as your email subject line.
2. Our customer support will respond to you within 24 hours.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will reimburse the full amount directly as store credit or through the original payment method. You should be able to receive the reimbursement within 3 calendar days once your return request is approved. 
4. We will provide you with a detailed return address once your return request is approved. Please use local mail post to arrange the return and email us back the tracking number.

Shipping is free for orders over $150. We by default use Standard Shipping for free shipping orders. If you prefer to use Express Shipping for free shipping orders, the Standard Shipping fee will be deducted from the Express Shipping fee and you only pay the surcharge.

We only charge you for the product cost and shipping cost. For orders involving international shipping, customs clearance fees, taxes, and import duties may incur. If so, you will be asked to pay by the courier upon receipt of the package(s).

Since customs legislation varies country by country, we are not able to calculate for you in advance. We suggest you find out customs duties and exemptions before placing orders. Fortunately, in most countries, goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, are exempt from clearance charges and import taxes.
