What is your refund policy for delayed packages?

For packages not received within 30 days of order placement, we offer a 50% refund of your order amount. For packages not received within 45 days of order placement, we offer either a replacement package or a full refund—your choice.
Return Policy

Defective Products

Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to return or exchange defective items.  

 

Non-defective Products

If a product is non-defective but is different from what you expect, you can also return it. However, in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.

 

Return Costs

Factory Price Jewelry covers all the costs associated with returning defective products including shipping cost and handling cost. There is no additional cost incurred for customers for defective products. Customers are responsible to cover the shipping costs associated with non-defecive products.

 

Return Process

✨ Take photos of the product you want to return, describe the problem, and send it to helpdesk@factorypricejewelry.com. Use “Return request: Order number + Product’s item number” as your email subject line.

✨ Our customer support team will assess the product's condition and respond to you within 24 hours.

✨ We'll reimburse you with either store credit or a refund through your original payment method. Store credit can be used immediately on our website. For refunds, the amount will appear in your original payment account within 3–5 business days.

✨ We will provide you with a detailed return address once your return request is approved. Please use local mail post to arrange the return and email us back the tracking number.

🛑 Please note that all returned items (defective or non-defective) must be in unused condition with their original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. In such cases, we will not process a refund.

For all deliveries we offer two shipment options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

 

Shipping Rate

Shipping is free for orders over $150. We by default use Standard Shipping for free shipping orders. If you prefer to use Express Shipping for free shipping orders, the Standard Shipping fee will be deducted from the Express Shipping fee and you only pay the surcharge.

 

For orders under $150, shipping costs vary by three key factors: shipping option (Standard Shipping or Express Shipping), destination country, and package weight. We calculate shipping costs for you at checkout before you proceed to pay.

* The shipping rates below are the average rate per kilogram. As the package weight increases, the shipping rate per kilogram decreases. For orders weighing less than 1 kilogram, we calculate the pro rata rate based on the weight. Actual shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Luckily, Factory Price Jewelry gets favorable discounts from shipping vendors given our massive volume, which helps our customers save money. However, shipping can still be costly sometimes, so we suggest customers buy everything they want in one order so shipping cost per-item could be minimized. Best way? Order over $150 to qualify for our free shipping

 

Receiving Time

Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.

 

Processing time: Your order will be processed, assembled, and shipped within 2-4 days after receiving payment.

 

Shipping time: Once the order is dispatched, the shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose and the shipping destination. We will show you the estimated transit time at checkout before you proceed to pay.

Customs and Duties

We only charge you for the product cost and shipping cost. For orders involving international shipping, customs clearance fees, taxes, and import duties may incur. If so, you will be asked to pay by the courier upon receipt of the package(s).

 

Since customs legislation varies country by country, we are not able to calculate for you in advance. We suggest you find out customs duties and exemptions before placing orders. Fortunately, in most countries, goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, are exempt from clearance charges and import taxes. Goods exceeding a certain value and/or in non-exemptible categories are likely subject to import taxes and duties.
