Defective Products
Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to return or exchange defective items.
Non-defective Products
If a product is non-defective but is different from what you expect, you can also return it. However, in this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.
Return Costs
Factory Price Jewelry covers all the costs associated with returning defective products including shipping cost and handling cost. There is no additional cost incurred for customers for defective products. Customers are responsible to cover the shipping costs associated with non-defecive products.
Return Process
✨ Take photos of the product you want to return, describe the problem, and send it to helpdesk@factorypricejewelry.com. Use “Return request: Order number + Product’s item number” as your email subject line.
✨ Our customer support team will assess the product's condition and respond to you within 24 hours.
✨ We'll reimburse you with either store credit or a refund through your original payment method. Store credit can be used immediately on our website. For refunds, the amount will appear in your original payment account within 3–5 business days.
✨ We will provide you with a detailed return address once your return request is approved. Please use local mail post to arrange the return and email us back the tracking number.
🛑 Please note that all returned items (defective or non-defective) must be in unused condition with their original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. In such cases, we will not process a refund.
