Is it possible to cancel or adjust my order after placing it?
Our team starts working on assembling and inspecting products for you as soon as your order is paid, so unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders once placed. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Your order will be processed, assembled, and shipped within 2-4 days after receiving payment. Once the order is dispatched, the shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose and the shipping destination. We will show you the estimated transit time at checkout before you proceed to pay.

Can I choose other shipping agents?

How can I return or exchange my order?
Upon receiving your order, you will have 7 days to return or exchange items you purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will reimburse the full amount directly as store credit or through the original payment method.
